"Simply put: Arthur is the best. Arthur is reliable and is very up front about parts and labor, and he does solid, good work.  What more could you want in a plumber?!  Work done to date: 2010 - clogged drain (main clean-out, tree roots); 2015 - replaced garbage disposal, water heater & found and fixed kitchen faucet leak (and had Kohler overnight ANOTHER replacement because first replacement was faulty!); 2016: faulty water heater valve (Mfr error and under warranty).  Arthur gets on the phone with vendors and manufacturers and "speaks the language" to get the parts and job done.  He also points out any potential concerns in sight - this is very good for me right now because I'm going to be selling my house in a couple of years and he spotted something that isn't necessarily "bad" but needs yearly inspection & tag.  Wish he could service our future home but we'll be a few hundred miles away!  He's got connections for other trades so ask him for recommendations."  Gibber G., Crofton MD.
